WEEKLY PRACTICES

'I had no idea what to expect, but I'll definitely be back next week.'
Our weekly practice focuses on the elegant styles of the Hawaiian Hula 'auana, and the upbeat hip movements of ‘ōri Tahiti. They are designed to cater to all experience levels and challenge you as individuals and as a group.

MONDAY

Pineapple Dance Studios, Covent Garden, £12 for one class, £18 for two classes.
*This reflects Pineapple membership fee.

7-8pm Ori: General Level

Aerobic and exciting. This class focuses on Ori technique and choreography. Expect to improve your coordination, toning and endurance. It is open to all levels and is a great place to get a taste of the London Hula community.  

8-9pm Hula: General Level

Isolation and grace. This class focuses on Hula technique and choreography. Expect to improve your fluidity, grace and harmony with your body. It is open to all levels and is a great place to get a taste of London Hula community.  

 

THURSDAY

6.30-8pm Conditioning/Technique: Intermediate+
