Short Courses

Our short courses are offered for a range of experience levels— from complete beginners to advanced dancers. We hold our courses live in-studio or via Zoom. We get great feedback on our courses and, in order to make them available and accessible to all, we record them so that you can take any of our courses at any time, in the comfort of your own home.

We always suggest new dancers, or those returning after a long break, start with the Beginner Foundation Course.

  • Short Courses
Short Courses are designed to focus on a specific theme or goal, within a designated amount of time. Each session builds upon the previous session, and commitment to the whole course is required.

    Weekly Classes
Classes happen on a weekly basis, year-round and last 1-1.5hrs. Typically, classes exist on an individual basis and do not require prior attendance to join. They are open level or have a designated experience level. They are offered as drop-in, or you can book a month of classes in advance for a discounted price.

    Workshops
Workshops are a single session, typically about 1.5-2hrs focused around a single choreography, skill, or theme.

  • If you’d like to advance your knowledge, confidence, and ability surrounding dance quickly and efficiently, our short courses will help you do so.

They are great because they are available to take in the comfort of your home, in your own time, and you can use the videos to practice as much as you’d like.

Our teachers are available to guide you through, even if you are only participating via session recording.
