Define and Refine the fundamentals

Our Saturday classes are all about developing confidence in your fundamental steps and their variations, as well as building the core elements needed to take your dancing to the next level, no matter what level you’re currently at– Beginner, improver, or advanced. Working the core elements means improving from the foundations up, every week, which is something we firmly believe in. No matter what level you are at, it is important to consistently revisit your fundamental steps and recognize how you have grown and developed as a dancer. For our Beginners, this is where you will develop the strength and understanding needed in order to feel confident with your dancing, and for advanced dancers, this is where you check in with your body and make your movements deeper and stronger. Everyone will practice a range of exercises all created to help you define and refine your movement.
