Welcome to the
Force and Flow Workshop
with
Mareva Bouchaux
From Mareva:
Thank you ALL from the bottom of my heart for this very special workshop, you ALL did amazing and understood everything I explained with my body, I am really impressed !
While we did exercises to help us feel the energy in every part of the body : arms and legs, we also used the face, shoulders, chest and feet. Remember you can can decide when you dance with energy or without it, and utilising your posture correctly will control the amount of energy you create!
Take care <3
Thank you for all the energy you offered me today
Fell free to write to me on Instagram @marevabouchaux =)

As the Best Aparima dancer at Heiva i Paris 2015, organizer of the International 'Ori Tahiti Flashmob, dancer with Makau Foster’s winning troupe at Heiva i Tahiti 2017, therapist, and director and teacher for Reva i Tahiti, Mareva aims to teach 'Ori Tahiti in a way that permits you to connect with her beautiful culture, with the group, with the music and most of all with yourself. She feels that deep 'Ori Tahiti brings mindfullness, and mindfullness improves her dance. If these words connect to your heart, join us in this workshop with London School of Hula and ‘Ori!
